Biography: I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with a BA (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am currently working towards my accreditation with the IACP (Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy), and adhere to the Code of Ethics of this association. I’ve been working with students in the DIT counselling service and with the IAA (Irish Autism Action) seeing parents of children with special needs. I have specific experience in the areas of Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Relationships, Parenting, Disordered Eating, Self-Harm, Sexuality, Bereavement, Self-Development and Self-Esteem.Prior to becoming a therapist I worked in education and training and draw on that experience in my ability to be attentive to the individual’s needs.
