From treatment of an ankle sprain through to an intensive post-op rehabilitation package, we provide a varied range of services to suit your individual needs. We do this by first identifying the source of the symptoms you have and not just treating the symptoms. We offer free parking facility with no restrictions and a comfortable waiting area.

Biography: MSc MCSP Coventry University, Principal PhysiotherapistAde qualified in 2001 with a Second Class Upper (Hons.) Degree in PhysiotherapyShe worked in a busy private hospital for 5 years where she worked closely with neurosurgeons and orthopaedic consultants. Alongside her priviate work, she has worked in the NHS for the last 2 years. Over 2 years ago Ade set up Adot Physio & Rehab Solutions, where she provides high quality holistic physiotherapy treatment for a range of conditions and patientsHer quest for professional development prompted her to embark on a postgraduate program; She completed her MSc in 2010. Ade has expertise in manual therapy techniques as well as exercise prescription.
