Biography: Graduated in 2001 with a bachelor degree in dental surgery. During his career he has held positions in different private practices as well as academic institutes and public hospitals. Currently he works in both of our practices (Edgecliff and Woy Woy). He is also a part time clinical tutor for final year dental students at Sydney University. His passion for aesthetic excellence has driven him to acquire the best training worldwide in cosmetic dentistry, implants and orthodontics. He is our expert in Dental implants, invisalign (invisible orthodontics), braces (fixed orthodontics) and wisdom teeth surgeries. He has a special interest in smile makeovers using cutting edge technologies and the most beautiful and natural porcelain veneers and crowns (Empress, Emax & Zirconia). He is also one of Australia’s experts in full mouth reconstruction and missing teeth replacement using dental implants. Biography: Graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 1981. He has lived in the Eastern Suburbs his whole life (other than 2 years post-graduate work in London) and practiced dentistry in both the eastern suburbs and inner west for the last 27 years. He comments “I believe that Dental Health and Aesthetics are pivotal to general health, confidence and self esteem. I strive to provide the highest quality of Dental Care in an environment of honesty, integrity, competence and efficiency”. Having always had a passion for aesthetic excellence, he is a founding member of the Australian Society of Aesthetic Dentistry as well as a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Biography: Bachelor of Dentistry (BDent) with honours in 2004. Since then he maintained a role as a resident dental officer at Westmead Hospital (rotating through the maxillofacial surgery, oral pathology and paediatric departments) in addition to working in private practice. Dr. Chen aims to offer optimal treatments in a patient centred manner. He provides the best treatment options available in the field of dentistry to his patients utilising the latest and most advanced technologies in dentistry combined with an extensive experience. His laidback approach and pleasant personality create an environment where his patients feel relaxed and contented. He has a passion for oral surgery and he always seeks further education to maintain high standards in dentistry.
