Biography: Darren is the founder of Algester Dental and our primary dentist.After graduation from Qld Uni with honours in 1988, Darren travelled overseas, living, studying and working in the UK and Germany. He has been the ‘team dentist’ of many of Australia’s premier sporting teams, including the Qld Reds, Australian Wallabies and Qld Reds Rugby College.

Biography: Dr Rebecca Thomas graduated from the University of Queensland in 2007 with a Bachelor of Dental Science. Rebecca was working in Toowoomba for the past two years in the private sector. She recently relocated back to Brisbane to Algester Dental where she had previously worked for 4years as a dental assistant while studying dentistry prior to which she was a patient of the practice.

Biography: Dr Richard Chee joined Algester Dental at the beginning of 2011 and has very much enjoyed working with his new team. He graduated from Griffith University with a Bachelor of Oral Health in Dental Science and a Graduate Diploma in Dentistry.Richard was born in Canada but has called Brisbane home for over 12 years. He enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, and his goal is to make dental care comfortable, gentle and enjoyable. He is a member of the Australian Dental Association and has a keen interest in continuing professional education.
