Biography: One of the partners of Apera Health Group, Dr Cengiz was born on October 1st 1968 inKahramanmaras. He stepped into his medical career with Eskisehir Osmangazi University,Faculty of Medicine. He then worked at many private and public hospitals including ZonguldakArea Hospital and Bozyaka Research Hospital.To improve his skills and broaden his perspectives, Dr. Cengiz has attended StellenboschUniversity, Faculty of Medical and Health Science. He focused on laparoscopic bariatricsurgeries later on. When he returned to Turkey, he joined Apera Health Group,where he is still working with the same enthusiasm as he was on day one.Dozens of ourpatients are having their procedures done at Apera Health Group daily andtaking their first step into a healthier life. Of course, only a single doctor and a medicalteam can't perform this many surgeries. This would make the working conditions for thedoctor and medical team very hard and also make it difficult to allocate the necessary timeand effort for each patient. Dr Cengiz, who's been working with Apera Health Group for avery long while, is the backbone of all operational processes. Al of our patients are checkedup and cleared to undergo this procedure by Dr Cengiz.Dr Cengiz is our Bariatric Medical Team Coordinator, responsible for planning, followingand completing all bariatric surgeries. He takes the time to follow each patient's conditionand works meticulously. Biography: Born in Mersin in 1968, Dr. Hüseyin K. completed all his education, including high school, inpublic schools in Mersin.Dr. Hüseyin, who graduated from Akdeniz University Faculty of Medicine in 1986, firstworked as a general practitioner at Burdur Bucak State Hospital.After 3 years of general practice, he started a 5-year challenging process by becoming aGeneral Surgery Assistant at Ankara Dışkapı Yıldırım Beyazit Training and Research Hospital.Hüseyin Kapu, who successfully completed the challenging surgical assistant process, decidedto come to Istanbul in 2017 and continue his career here, after working in Kütahya,Antalya, Konya and Kazakhstan. For 12 years , Doctor Hüseyin has been helping patients struggling with excess weight . He is the father of 4 children, 3 of whom are girls. One of Dr. Hüseyin's daughters completedher education as a pharmacist, another daughter completed her education as a doctor, andthe youngest one is studying at the faculty of medicine, following her father's passion for theprofession.
