Biography: Hossein Shams took the Swedish medical license in 1988 and began his ögonspecialistutbildnig in Karlstad in 1990. He finished ophthalmologist in 1994. He then worked Hossein on Ophthalmology in Karlstad until 1998, when he assumed the post of chief physician at the Eye Operations at Sahlgrenska University Hospital. Between 2001-2008 was Hossein section head at the day surgery unit anterior segment, where he mostly performed cataract surgery, corneal transplant and glaucoma surgery. He also performed a plurality of secondary lens implantations. Husain has also worked extensively in the private sector and in several countries in addition to Sweden, including in Denmark and England. He works since 2009 on Memira with limited vision treatments.
