About Bodies Under Construction Physio
Chiswick and Putney in London are the locations of the two studios run by this group of Pilates instructors. The aim of the team of instructors is to increase the strength and flexibility of clients and improve the core stability of their bodies through customized Pilates exercise prescriptions and training. Services rendered by the team include healing clients improve their posture, supplement post injury rehabilitation, provide rapid relief from aches and pains, improve sports performance, improve the muscle tone of pregnant ladies, increase muscle flexibility and joint mobility and help patients with incontinence.
