About Bruksel IVF & Women's Health Center
The Brüksel IVF and Women's Health Center has a skilled team of embryologists and laboratory technicians ready to assist you with your family planning journey. Our Founder, Professor Yücel Karaman, took part in the first in vitro fertilization endeavours in Brussels, and became one of the pioneers and of many developments in this field since 1981. After more than 30 years of experience treating European patients, Karaman founded the centre and carefully selected our team.
Professor Karaman has been the Head of Endoscopic Surgery and the IVF Department in Brussels Edith Cavell Medical Institute, and Hospital Français in Belgium for many years. In 2008, Karaman established the Brüksel IVF and Women's Health Center.

Biography: Dr Yücel Karaman has worked in Belgium at Brussels Edith Cavell and Francais Hospital for almost 40 years. He is one of the scientists who took part in the very first IVF studies. Today he specializes in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Over the years, Dr Karaman has mastered his skills by performing more than 30 000 successful laparoscopic & hysteroscopic operations. He is the only surgeon at the clinic capable of using the laparoscopic laser. He speaks English, Turkish, and French.
