Biography: Dr. Luz-Angela Arboleda is originally from Medellin, Colombia. She studied dentistry at the University of Antioquia and got her DDS degree in 1997. She completed the Orthodontics program in 2003 at the University of Antioquia. Dr. Arboleda built her private practice in Colombia with a group of specialists in different dental areas. She came to Canada in 2007 and passed the National Dental Examination Board of Canada in 2013. In 2019 she got the certification Basic Curriculum in Vienna (Austria). Currently, she is attending an Advanced course in Orthodontics in VieSid Bogota (Colombia). Dr. Arboleda works in her private practice in Mississauga (Canadian Place Dentistry). She is an assistant teacher at the University of Toronto since 2017.Dr. Arboleda is constantly improving her skills by taking advanced level continuing education courses in dentistry, especially in Orthodontics, in order to provide a high care and comfortable experience to her patients.Dr. Arboleda enjoys spending time with her husband, nephew, and friends. She likes traveling and when has the opportunity she flights to Colombia to visit her mother, family, and friends.
