Biography: I’ve been a Physiotherapist since 2003 and since then I’ve been achieving outstanding results when treating a vast range of conditions with trigger point therapy, muscle release techniques and spinal manipulations. I have extensive experience when treating spinal conditions and adjacent joints (shoulders and hips) and also sports injuries. I quite enjoy treating clients which are highly sensitive to treatments also by using more gentle techniques, such as Bowen and Emmett Techniques.I started CBR Clinics back in 2007 as a one-man band and since then it’s been an amazing journey building up my team and bringing people back to health. Today there are over a dozen CBR therapists helping the communities in 3 different locations.

Biography: I completed my Bachelor degree at the European School of Physiotherapy in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Since then I have gained a variety of experience from working in private clinics in London, Sydney and the Netherlands, and in hospitals in London, Cape Town and Uganda. In addition I have worked with several rugby, football and other sports teams throughout my training, and am currently the head physio at a rugby club in North London. My clinical experience is in working with professional and amateur athletes with musculoskeletal injuries, assisting them in their sports rehabilitation, conducting function assessment such as biomechanical analysis, running assessments and movement patterns during exercise. This extends to pre and post surgical/injection patients requiring physiotherapy pre/rehabilitation. Additionally, I have years of experience in treating those in the population with non-sporting related injuries such as back and neck pain, arthritis and inflammation.During my diagnostic process I take a holistic, evidence based approach, using special tests or certified assessments to narrow down the cause of the patient’s complaint. My therapeutic process takes the same approach using hands-on techniques to assist in pain modulation and relief, such as using massage and manipulations, while we develop a personal detailed exercise programme to further relieve pain and treat the causal issue.I’m an enthusiastic physiotherapist who takes a lot of pride from delivering quality care to my patients, of all ages. I look forward to working with you.
