I provide a strictly confidential non judgmental environment and work from an integrated Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) perspective..  I work with Individuals who are over 18 years of age.

Sometimes the issues are not so clear and perhaps you feel something is wrong without being able to identify the exact reason.
