Massage and Osteopathy

:  At Centro Príncipe de Vergara we focus the treatment in the root of the problem. The massage is really deep, trying to stretch and move the deep muscles, tendons and ligaments responsible for the pain. For us, it is very important to work on the “tiny” and deep muscles close to the spine, since they are frequently the cause of blocks that decrease the range of motion. Nevertheless, this massage is not painful because he is really good combining the deep pressure with both warming up and relaxing massages. This, combined with different techniques of Osteopathy which restore the normal function of the joints and soft tissues, leads to a complete recovery.

As a Physical Therapist, Manuel is holding 20 years of experience. He is an expert at treating joint injuries, such as sprains, tendonitis, based in the improvement of the circulation, breaking up of the scar tissue, relaxing all the nearby structures, and using the Osteopathy to make adjustements and return the body its normal functioning.
