Biography: Surgeon Plastic and Reconstructive, graduated from the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo Doctor of Medicine from 1978 to 1986. Then makes his residence in General Surgery Dr. Luis Eduardo Aybar Hospital 1987 - 1989. In 1990 he traveled to Venezuela where his specialization in Plastic Reconstructive Aesthetic Surgery ago, Maxillofacial and Burns at the University of Zulia, Maracaibo University Hospital, 1990- 1993. Venezuela has obtained many certifications such as certified Specialist in AdiStem (Technology in [Treatment name removed] derived from adipose tissue) in 3MED (Health Age Management Institute and Cosmetic Medicine) in February 2013. he is a member of the Dominican Medical College since May in 1986. Member of the Scientific Society Dr. Rafael Soto Matos, Maracaibo, Venezuela since January 1993. Member of the Dominican Society of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Inc. since September 1995. Member of the Ibero Latin American Society of Surgery plastic since September 1996 Member of international Confederation for plastic, Reconstrutive and Aesthetic surgery since September 1996. since 1994 maintains a continuous experience which makes the XIII Venezuelan Congress of plastic surgery, Merida, Venezuela 1994.
