About Complete Physiotheraphy Caversham
Chartered physiotherapists who are registered with the Health Professions Council treat patients at this clinic in Caversham in Reading. Biography: Dave qualified in Physiotherapy at the University of East Anglia in 2001 having already completed a degree in Sports Rehabilitation at the University of Surrey in 1998. Since qualifying he has held many prestigious physiotherapy positions in the elite sporting arena including Head Physiotherapist for Lancashire County Cricket Club and Oldham Athletic Football Club and Consultant Physiotherapist for Bristol City FC. Dave started his career at the Centre of Sporting Excellence at Bath University working with Commonwealth and Olympic athletes and has also worked for the English Cricket Board. By working in these sporting environments and treating the likes of Andrew “Freddie” Flintoff, James “Jimmy” Anderson and Muttiah Muralitharan , Dave has developed specialist expertise in the treatment and rehabilitation of spinal, shoulder, knee and ankle disorders.

Biography: Jill has been part of the Complete Physiotherapy team since 2009 and currently works part time in our Caversham clinic. She enjoys working with a variety of patients whether they have everyday injuries or sports related problems. She loves the challenge and gains a lot of satisfaction from helping them achieve their personal goals. Jill’s strengths are her manual skills, she is highly proficient in the management of a wide variety of conditions and she believes communication is key: listening to each patient individually, tailoring their treatment and providing good links to GP’s and Consultants when required.

Biography: Andrew graduated with Honours from the University of Hertfordshire and is a member of the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Sports Medicine. He is certified in Resuscitation and Emergency Management Onfield (REMO) as Recognised by The Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. Andrew has a special interest in Western Medical Acupuncture and is a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists. Andrew continues to develop professionally and has completed courses in spinal manipulation, combined movements and diagnostic ultrasound for Sports Medicine.
