Biography: She has a strong background in strength and conditioning and has developed a great niche area with the hydrotherapy programs that we offer through COR in Brisbane. Hydrotherapy is a great exercise intervention for people with injury limitation who cannot manage land based exercise well due to reduced tolerance to compression or gravity while exercising. The intensity of hydrotherapy can vary greatly from gentle exercise to restore range of motion and walking tolerance to a high level that can maintain the elite fitness needs of an athlete.
