About Cosmedics
Cosmedics, Medical and Skin Surgery Clinic offers anti-wrinkle treatments, facial fillers, cheek and lip augmentation, skin peels, scupltra, pelleve, rosacea and acne skin conditions.
Dr.Lalloo's thread facial lifts have been featured on the Late Late Show and TV3's Cosmetic Surgery Show. Dr. Lalloo performs his lifts in a totally unique way and is the only person to do them this way in the country. This ensures that the lifts last over five years and are scar-less with minimum down time.
Dr. Lalloo is a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh, a member of the Irish College of General Practitioners and is on the specialist register.
We also provide a full range of minor surgery procedures such as mole and skin cancer screening, skin lesions and removals, joint injections, pigmentation, vascular lesions, lipomas, skin tags, dermatofibromas, spider naevi, xanthelasma, sebaceous cysts and warts. We have a fully equipped operating theater on site. All consultations, procedures and aftercare are looked after by Dr. Lalloo.We do not offer appointments for under 18's.

Biography: He is aFRCS (Ed), Clinical Director, is a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh and a Surgeon. Mr. Lalloo has trained extensively in public hospitals in Ireland and the United Kingdom, holding posts in the areas of Maxillo-Facial, Plastic, Head & Neck and General Surgery. He was successful in obtaining a post graduate membership to the Royal College of Edinburgh in 1999. He is part of a unique group of doctors who specialize in Cosmetic Medicine and holds this level of qualification. He is a founding member of the Irish Association of Cosmetic Doctors and a full member of the British Association of Cosmetic Doctors. He is now the training doctor Ireland. In his capacity as a surgeon, he carries out skilled and delicate facial surgery for moles and cancers. He prides himself on his high level of patient care and strives to keep abreast of all new products, procedures and innovations in the world of Aesthetic and Cosmetic Medicine. As a member of the BACD, British Association of Cosmetic Doctors and travels to London and further a field, in an effort to keep up to date with the latest techniques, technology and teachings. He has published recognized and cited papers on excision of skin cancers and continues to perform in-house research and continues to publish papers on an ongoing basis. He has recently appeared on the Late Late Show, the Gerry Ryan Show on RTE and on TV3 Ireland AM and TV3 Expose to considerable public reaction. He spoke extensively about Cosmedics range of treatments, in particular contour thread lifts, laser vein removal, dermal fillers and muscle relaxing injections. He was the surgeon who performed Ireland’s first live face lifting procedure on the Late Late Show. He was the first doctor to start performing Macrolane injections for breast enhancement and contouring body defects, post surgery or trauma. He has done to date the most cases in Ireland of Macrolane Breast Enhancement.

Biography: She is a Senior Therapist and has worked at Cosmedics for the past ten years. Lorraine is ITEC CIBTAC and CIDESCO qualified. She specialises in non surgical Skin Rejuvenation using crystal free Microdermabrasion and is certified in the use of the Agera Medical Range and Skin Ceuticals Range including new SMpeel from Skin Ceuticals. Lorraine is also qualified in the use of medical lasers for treatment of Hair Removal, Vascular treatments, Skin Rejuvenation and Pigmentation Removal. She takes great pride in her ability to deliver a high quality of patient care and achieve excellent results.
