Biography: She set up Covent Garden Physiotherapy in 1990 having qualified at Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge, in 1979. Special interests include manipulative therapy, having completed a further three year part-time course to become a member of the manipulation association of chartered physiotherapists. Work experience at St. Bartholomew’s Hospital, London and Groote-Schuur Hospital, Capetown, followed by private practice in the City. Having practised for many years, her main role is, now, advisory and managerial.

Biography: She qualified as a chartered physiotherapist in 2000 and has over ten years’ experience in musculo-skeletal and sports injury physiothe-rapy. She has worked with individuals across the field, from the recreational sports person to professional athletes and dancers in London’s West End. She also has longstanding experience treating and rehabilitating a variety of spinal and pelvic conditions. Some of the techniques she uses include: manipulation, mobilisations, muscle energy techniques, acupuncture and Pilates. She integrates Pilates and core stability exercises into her sports rehabilitation programme aiming for lasting recovery.

Biography: He graduated from the University of Otago in New Zealand with a Bachelors of Physiotherapy in March 1999. He has worked with sports and musculoskeletal injuries since 2000, working with Wakefield Sports Medicine Clinic and Wakefield Back Institute in New Zealand. Kevin has experience in treating and rehabilitating spinal injuries and sports injuries and he integrates his gym and exercise knowledge into his rehabilitation programmes. He came to London in 2003 and joined our team in October 2007.
