Biography: She is a true Mackay local. She was born in Mackay and grew up surrounded by cane fields in Calen north of Mackay. She attended school in Calen and Mirani before moving to Brisbane to study at The University of Queensland. After graduating with Honours, she started her working life as a dentist at Mackay Base and has worked in the region since then. In 2012 she established her own clinic in Mackay providing her patients with the best dentistry has to offer. She is a member of the Australian Dental Association and Australian Society of Endodontology. She has also been granted Membership of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons (MRACDS) and is on the Board of the North Queensland Primary Healthcare Network.
