Biography: SPECIALIST ORTHODONTISTWith a passion for life and a passion for his work, Dr. Taheri has always been driven – having played tennis to a high level until his interests shifted to academia. Since graduating from Bristol University as a dentist, he has been proactive in furthering his knowledge in the fields of dentistry and orthodontics (braces). He successfully acquired his membership in the Joint Faculty of Dentistry and Royal College of Surgeons (MJDF RCS) after only one year and up until last year he had worked on mastering his skills as a dental clinician so he could provide only the best for his patients. Biography: MSc DENTISTDr. Junaid Malik graduated from the University of Bristol and has been committed to post-graduate education and further study, having completed the membership diploma (MFDS) for the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. His interests have always lied in restorative and aesthetic dentistry, which have led him to complete many courses including year-long certificate courses in restorative dentistry and endodontics (root canal treatment). He continued his learning in North America, where he completed further training in restorative dentistry at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. In 2015, he formalised his training with a full-time master’s degree (MSc) in conservative dentistry at the world renowned UCL Eastman Dental Institute, which he was awarded with distinction. In September 2016, he was also awarded the post-graduate prize in clinical and academic excellence and was nominated for the Dean’s List and the Dean’s Research Project Prize for his contribution to dental research.
