Biography: Jean is a Registered Psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland.Reg. Psychol.PsSI, Post Grad Dipl. Applied Behaviour Analysis, BA (Hons) Psych. Jean is a Registered Psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland (PsSI) with clinical experience in treating phobias, anxiety, stress, depression and relationship difficulties. Jean draws on different theoretical approaches according to the needs of the client including family systems and behavioural strategies and solutions. She has worked in community healthcare, child and adolescent services as well as in private practice. Jean may also be engaged to provide ed-psych and clinical assessments for individuals experiencing a range of problems at school or later in life e.g. dyslexia, attention deficits, intellectual disability and problem behaviour.

Biography: BA (NUI); Dip. Psychotherapy (Tivoli Institute); Adv. Cert. Group Analysis (IGAS); MPhil Psychoanalytic Studies (Dubl); M.I.A.H.I.P; M.I.G.A.S. Sheena is a practising psychoanalytic psychotherapist. For 25 years, she has been working with couples, individuals and groups, first as a relationship counsellor with Accord and subsequently as a fully accredited psychotherapist in private practice since 2002. At present she works with adults from the age of 18 to 80+. Her area of expertise ranges from working with those who are experiencing dissatisfaction, unhappiness, insecurity and anxiety in their life and relationships, to working with those who need to explore their lives at a deeper level (eg: sibling and parental relationships, issues arising out of sexuality and intimacy). She is presently pursuing her studies in Group Analytic Psychotherapy at St. Vincent's University Hospital. She is the founding Director of Donnybrook Centre.

Ms Harriet Parsons

Biography: MA, MSc., Reg. Pract. APPI. Harriet Parsons has been working and studying in the area of counselling and psychotherapy for the last 11 years. Having completed an MA in Addiction Studies, Harriet went on to gain an MSc. in psychoanalytic psychotherapy with St. Vincent's Hospital School of Psychotherapy, Dublin. She has lectured on Psychoanalysis in Dublin Business School, and eating disorders in UCD, and Independent Colleges, as well as frequently giving public talks and lectures to different relevant groups on how to understand eating disorders. Harriet is currently the services co-ordinator of Bodywhys, The Eating Disorders Association of Ireland. Harriet is a registered practitioner with APPI (The Association for Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy in Ireland), and is on their scientific committee.
