Biography: He received his Surgical Fellowships from the three prestigious medical institutions of the Royal Colleges of Surgeons of Edinburgh, Glasgow and Ireland in 1984. Subsequently he did his specialized postgraduate fellowship training in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery in the Department of Plastic Surgery at the General Hospital Kuala Lumpur Malaysia and then in the United Kingdom in 1987. This included resident training at the Departments of Plastic Surgery in Bangour General Hospital, Bangour, Scotland; Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridge, and the Frenchay Hospital in Bristol, England.
