Our Office
Our office, conveniently located at the intersection of Hyde Park Road and Riverside Drive, is fully wheel chair accessible with ample free parking and offers a family friendly and welcoming environment.
What We Offer
All children, including those with special needs, are greeted and treated as unique persons and, in consultation with their parent/care giver, an individualized treatment approach is developed. Our child centred philosophy offers a range of treatment to work with anxiety including the use of sedation or General Anaesthetic dependent upon an individuals needs.
Our Staff
Our staff is a well trained team committed to a friendly and effective approach to care.
It includes pediatric dental specialists, dental hygienist, preventive dental assistants, treatment planning co-ordinator, and business personnel. Every member of the team brings a unique gift to our vision of care. They all welcome your questions, concerns and comments.

Biography: Dr. Clive Friedman was born in Johannesburg and has trained and worked in South Africa, Israel, England, USA and Canada. He obtained his specialty in pediatric dentistry in New Orleans and has a special interest in persons with special needs, behaviour, prevention, education and wellness. He teaches at both the University of Toronto and the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry. He has been president of the International Association of Disability and Oral Health and the Academy of Dentistry for Persons with Disability. Currently he sits on the Canadian Dental Association committee for scientific and clinical affairs, the International Association of Pediatric Dentistry finance committee and is special consultant to the Ontario Dental Association social Services committee. He is also on the editorial board for the British Society for Disability and Oral Health Journal and is consultant to the Special Olympics Oral Health Program.He is frequently invited to lecture both locally and internationally on risk assessment, behaviour, minimum intervention dentistry, autism, special needs, abuse and new approaches in dentistry. Many of his articles have been published in dental and special needs journals internationally. Active clinical research in the office reflects his commitment to stay current.In creating Pediatric Oral Health and Dentistry, Dr. Friedman has realized his vision to create a space and a team that is child friendly and promotes early intervention and dental care from infancy to young adults.
