Biography: Emil Dakovski completed his education at the Stomatological Faculty of the Medical Academy, Sofia, in 1973. He majored Facialmaxillary Surgery at the Military Medical Academy in 1976. His education didn't finish with that: - 1981 – Polyvalent Stomatology, Medical Academy, Sofia - 1984 – Orthopedic Stomatology, Medical Academy, Sofia - 1992 – Modern obturating materials, Medical Academy, Sofia - 1996 – Paradontology, Medical Academy, Sofia He used to be member of the Board of Directors of the Regional College of theAssociation of StomatologistsinBulgaria in the period 1998 – 2003.

Biography: In the course of the years, Borislav Dakovski took part in a number of scientific sessions and congresses and has an awarded first place and a series of publications. He has been a regional coordinator of the Ministry of Health for Varna district since 2009 and used to be a director for Children's Dental Health Program of the Municipality of Varna in the period 2011 – 2013. He is a member of the World Health Organization Collaborating Centre in Bulgaria, as well as of the Bulgarian Dental Association.
