Biography: He studied general medicine at the Central East University, where he is graduated, with a specialty in obstetrics and gynecology at the UCE Medical Center, in the city of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and the Calderon Guardia Hospital in San José, Costa Rica. He is a former President of the Society of Gynaecology and Obstetrics of the Dominican Republic, east subsidiary. It is also a member of the following entities: Dominican Medical College (CMD). Dominican Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology. International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO). American Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FLASOG).
