Biography: Dr. Melissa Goodman graduated from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry in 2006. Upon graduation she was selected to participate in a one year residency at Sunnybrook Hospital in Toronto where she performed all aspects of dentistry, with an emphasis on patients with complex medical problems. Dr. Goodman continued training at New York University in New York City, where she earned a specialty certificate in periodontics and implant surgery. (Her high standing there won her the clinical award for excellence in postgraduate periodontics.) She is a fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada.
