Biography: The Dr. Jose Nieto Enriquez graduated in medicine at the University of Barcelona (Hospital Clinic) , and subsequently agreed to a MIR space ophthalmology residency at the Vall d'Hebron Hospital in Barcelona, ??the largest university hospital in Catalonia. During the residence exceeded the stringent tests equivalent to the American MIR (USMLE), achieving certification Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates to practice medicine in the United States. Now as a resident in ophthalmology at the Vall d'Hebron Hospital, Dr.Nieto showed special interest in oculoplastic surgery, performing various medical observer stays at Moorfields Eye Hospital and the Western Eye Hospital in London . Once completed her residency training, the Dr.Nieto agreed to a square subspecialty (fellowship) in oculoplastic surgery at the University of Michigan in the United States , thus becoming the first Spanish ophthalmologist who agreed to an official of the prestigious fellowship American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS) .
