Biography: She was born, raised and educated in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Immediately upon graduating high school, she attended The University of Saskatchewan with the goal of entering the College of Medicine. From a young age, Kristyn knew that she wanted to be a physician, her hearts calling has always been to help others feel their best. Prior to entering College of Medicine, Kristyn was working on double honors degrees in biochemistry and microbiology. Before she had the chance to finish her degrees, Kristyn was accepted into the College of Medicine. After completing four years medicine and two years residency, Kristyn had a Medical Doctorate Degree and wrinkles to show for it. She was initially interested in Medical Cosmetics for herself; she wanted to feel refreshed after completing one of the biggest goals of her life. Once Dr. Insley had been exposed to the world of Medical Cosmetics, a new career passion was ignited that complimented her love for Medicine. Since that moment in 2008, Dr. Kristyn Insley has been practicing Medical Cosmetics and has enjoyed every moment. In addition to running a busy cosmetic practice, Kristyn is a part time faculty member of Academic Family Medicine at the University of Saskatchewan.
