Biography: One of the new generation’s board certified plastic surgeons in Bangalore, from the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka. After finishing her post-graduate training in general surgery, she decided to pursue her passion in the field of plastic surgery. She finished her super-specialization training in Plastic and Reconstructive surgery (MCh – Master of Chirurgiae in India) from the reputed St. John Medical College, Hospital and Research Center, Bangalore with honors. After her plastic surgical training, she has set out on a journey to enhance her skills in the field of aesthetic surgery, for which she has a keen interest. She worked as a Junior Consultant at Columbia Asia group of Hospitals, Bangalore in the Plastic and Aesthetic surgery department for the period of 6 months after her residency. She then traveled to Dubai and worked with Dr. Sanjay Parashar who is a pioneer in 3-D body contouring, waist sculpting, tummy tuck, a very popular breast surgeon and her mentor.
