Biography: Dr. Vijay Kulkarni, M.S., is a consultant Andrologist and Microsurgeon, practicing in Mumbai for over 15 years He is an Honorary Andrologist attached to the following Hospitals in Mumbai- 1. LTM Med College & LTMM Gen Hospital 2. Bhatia Hospital 3 .S.L. Raheja Hospital and All India Institute for Diabetes 4. Prince Aly Khan Hospital 5. The National lnstitute for Research in Reproductive Health (ICMR) Mumbai 6. Parakh Hospital and IVF-Center. Academically, besides presenting numerous scientific papers in regional, national and international conferences, he has been a Programme coordinator and Director of thirteen National Andrological workshops all over India in last 10 years. He has been a senior faculty member in several seminars covering Erectile Dysfunction and Male Infertility. He has an extensive experience in the field of Male Infertility and Assisted Reproductive Techniques. He is a recipient of “Brij Kihor Patna” prize awarded by Urological Sociey of India in 1997 for his paper on “Electro-Ejaculation in Anejaculatory Infertility.” He was also awarded a prize for his work on “Andrological needs in Paraplegics” at the annual meeting of USI, Hyderabad, 2000. ”
