Biography: • His medical degree was from the University of WA and his advanced training in plastic and reconstructive surgery was with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. • To achieve his fellowship with this College, he did four years of general surgery plus four years of advanced training in plastic and reconstructive surgery. • He was winner of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons’ travelling fellowship award in 1999. • He has expertise in all aspects of plastic surgery, both adults and children, and has 18 years experience operating, treating and caring for patients at all major Perth hospitals, both public and private. • He is currently Head of the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Princess Margaret Hospital, and is also involved in training medical students, junior doctors and young-surgeons-in-training,
