Biography: He is the first Gynecologist in B.C. to incorporate Liposelection into his practice. He is also one of the first physicians in Canada to do awake liposelection. Dr. Rosengarten has received extensive cosmetic surgery training in minimally invasive cosmetic Liposelection in the United States. He has trained with luminaries in the field, in both Miami Florida and in Scottsdale Arizona.
