Biography: BSC, DDS, FCDS (BC) has been a certified specialist of Oral and Maxillofacial surgery since 1979. Dr. Slemko has over 30 years of experience with current and advanced training in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth and facial regions. Dr. Slemko is an Associate Clinical Professor in the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of British Columbia. He is an active staff member at Vancouver General Hospital and the University of British Columbia Hospital. Since his arrival in the lower mainland, originally hailing from Alberta, Dr. Slemko has been an instructor in the Vancouver General Hospital Oral Health Care Centre for the University Residency department. Dr. Slemko was the Past President of the British Columbia Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons and is a Life Member of the Canadian Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons.
