Biography: He is A Product Of Prestigious Public School, NETARHAT, BIHAR, INDIA. After Schooling He Joined Prince Of Wales Medical College, Patna, Bihar, India From Where He Qualified (MBBS) In 1974. Shortly After, He Left India For UK And Obtained His Fellowship In General Surgery From Roayal College of SURGEONS, Edinburgh. He Obtained Extensive Training In General And Urological Surgery At Various Levels In England For 7 Yrs. Thereafter He Was Appointed Chief Of Surgical Division In A Saudi Hospital Where He Served For 4 Yrs And Returned To Kolkata In 1989. He Attached To Leading Health Institutions Of This City (Calcutta Medical Research Hospital, AMRI Hospitals, Bellevue Clinic) As A Consultant Surgeon With Special Expertise In Laparoscopic And Bariatric Surgery. He is A Pioneer In Laparoscopic Surgery In Eastern India. Till Date He Has Performed Several Thousand Of These Surgeries With Almost 100% Success Rate On Local As Well As Overseas Patients.
