Biography: Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry. She has a background and personality that have sustained an enthusiastic and dedicated approach to dentistry throughout her education and successful practice on implants for over thirty years. She is an experienced Dental Implant Surgeon who has gained Fellowship status in the International Congress of Oral Implantologist. During the last three years she has attended The international Congress for Dental Technicians to learn how technicians from all over the world are solving the most difficult implant cases.In 1967, during her fourth year of Dentistry, she was appointed Auxiliary of the Microbiology Department in the University of Guadalajara. She graduated in 1968, obtaining first place academic standing in her class. In 1968, right after graduating, she was appointed professor of Microbiology in the University of Guadalajara. She was a professor for two years; then from 1970-1976 she became the dentist for the Mexican American Hospital in Guadalajara; upon request to the University for the best student recently graduated. In 1976, she left the Mexican American Hospital to start her private practice. IMPLANTS CERTIFICATION; FELLOWSHIP OF THE INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS OF IMPLANTOLOGISTS. In 1978 she took her first course in implants and with further independent study began placing blade implants in 1979. After thirty years of studies, Branmemarks implants are launched to the market in 1985 and she then began placing cylindrical implants.
