About Dwell Dental Wellness Philippines
Our aim is to provide these services North of Metro Manila specifically the provinces of Pangasinan, La Union, Ilocos, Tarlac, Zambales, Pampanga, Bulacan and Baguio City.
The DWELL advantage is that it is home to on call Maxillofacial surgeon Dr. Daniel Farnacio, a Fellow of the Philippine College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and one of but few Philippine Regulations Commission licensed Maxillofacial surgeons. He also passed the Australian Dental Council's Assessment for Dentists.
Dr. Farnacio is professionally based and seasoned in Manila just like most of his peers. But DWELL is his business venture to open a new line of oral and maxillofacial surgery service north of Luzon.

Biography: Dr. Daniel Farnacio has significant and excellent practice in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Alveolar Bone Augmentation, Dental Implant, and Dental Cosmetics, with more than a thousand happy patients in oral reconstruction, dental implant and aesthetic surgery. It aims to uplift the dental profession by attaining clinical excellence in the specialized field of oral and maxillofacial surgery.’ Currently, PCOMS have around 30 active members who have qualified and passed the rigorous requirement of the fellowship.

Biography: Dr. Darwin is a flight surgeon of the Philippine Air Force (PAF) with a grade of Major. He is a Diplomate of the Philippine Board of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, a Fellow of both the Philippine Society of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, and International College of Surgeons. He currently serves the PAF General Hospital as Office-in-Charge of the following: EENT Sectiion; General Physical Fling; Aeromedical Department, and Outpatient department. He was a recipient of the following honors: Mindanao Anti-Dissidence Campaign Medal and Ribbon Award; AFPMSS Badge; Award of Military Merit Medal; Award of Military Commendation Medal; Award of Presidential Citation Badge; Award of Disaster and Rehabilitation Operation Ribbon; Flight Surgeon Badge and, Triple M with Bronze Spearhead Device; among others.
