This Ear, Nose, Throat, Head and Neck Surgery Centre has served patients from 1990 by providing high quality and effective treatments and surgical procedures. Biography: Ear, Nose, Throat and Head, Neck Surgery SpecialistBetween 1972 and 1978 Dr Yakut attended the Medical Faculty of Istanbul University. In 1986 he completed his residency in Otorhinolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery at Haseki Education and Research Hospital where he started practicing in the ENT department as head of the resident doctors. In 1992 he became vice-chief. He stayed at the same department as vice chief and teaching instructor until 2005. He established ENT Ear Nose Throat and Head & NeckSurgery Center with Dr Orhan Altindas in 1990. He has been practicing in ENT Ear Nose Throat and Head & Neck Surgery Center since 2005.Dr Yakut has attended almost 60 scientific congresses/meetings in Turkey and abroad and visited several universities abroad. He has taken part in the organizations of 8 international symposiums. He has published about 50 article and papers in his field. In the ENT National Congress attended by Ear, Nose and Throat specialists in 2003, he organized stapes surgery course and rhinoplasty course in 2005. Dr Yakut’s professional associations include European Medical Laser Association , European Rhinology Association, American Otorhinolaryngology Association, Istanbul Board of Physicians, Turkish Otorhinolaryngology and Head Neck Surgery Association. He is among the establishing members of Black Sea Cultural Solidarity Association where he remains active on the executive board.

Biography: Ear, Nose, Throat and Head, Neck Surgery SpecialistDr Altindas attended the medical faculty of Hacrettepe University between 1973 and 1980. After completing his residency in Otorhinolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery at the ENT department of Hacettepe University Medical Faculty in 1985, he spent some time at Ohio State University, in the U.S.A as an observer. In the following years he visited several university hospitals inHamburg, Hannover and Brussels. In 1989 he started practicing at the ENT department of Haseki Education and Research Hospital as head of resident doctors. He has been working as vice chief since 1992 and has also been providing teaching instructions. In addition, he has been practicing in ENTCenter since 1990, from the year when he and Dr. Hamdi Yakut established ENT Ear Nose Throat and Head & Neck Surgery Center. Dr Altindas attended almost 60 congresses/meetings in Turkey and abroad and organized international symposiums 8 times. He has authored almost 50 papers, articles and books for medical publications. He holds membership in European Medical Laser Association, European Rhinology Association, American Otorhinolaryngology Association, Istanbul Board of Physicians, Turkish Otorhinolaryngology and Head Neck Surgery Association where he was elected member of the executive committee for two years in 2004.
