Sterilization:

Sterilization is done according to the ADA (American dental association) regulations.

After patient treatment, all instruments are carefully cleaned then immersed in sidex solution for about 12 hours to be primary sterilized and to dissolve any living tissues on the instruments, then all instruments are washed and sterilized without packing under high heat & vapor pressure, finally after instruments cools, all instruments are packed and sterilized again by high heat & vapor pressure, instruments now are ready to be safely used.

We provide high infection control measures in our clinic, barrier films are applied on the dental unit and are changed after each patient, the dental unit and cabinet are cleaned by a sidex spray to kill all micro organisms and germs that might be available after each use.

All syringes, cups, suction tips, napkins are disposable (single use only).

Financing policy

We provide multiple payment plans that our clients can choose the most suitable way for them.

• 5% discount if payment is applied in full during the 1st visit (only if your balance exceeds 2000 L.E).

• 50 % in advance and 50% before the beginning of the last visit.

We accept only bank cheques.

• If treatment is to be done in a single visit, total coverage of the balance should be done at the end of the treatment visit.
