The Tennyson Eye Centre offers a range of care in general ophthalmology, specialising in cataracts, pterygium, eyelid surgery, glaucoma, cornea and macular disease.
Investigations available within the clinic include: OCT scan of the macular or optic nerve; computerised visual field perimetry; retinal fluorescein angiography; corneal topography; optical biometry and the latest (4th generation) formulas for intraocular lens calculation.
Treatments available within the clinic include: SLT and YAG laser (usually for glaucoma); retinal laser (usually for diabetic eye disease); intraocular injections (usually for wet macular degeneration); minor lesion excision/biopsy.

Biography: MBBS (Adelaide University) Master of Medicine (Ophthalmic Science) Master of Ophthalmology (Adelaide University)Formal training in Ophthalmology by the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmology (RANZCO) undertaken in South Australia and the Northern territory. Training involved general eye surgery, Oculoplastic Surgery, Diabetic retinopathy and Macular degeneration.
