About Eye Surgeons SA - Kurralta Park
The Tennyson Eye Centre offers a range of care in general ophthalmology, specialising in cataracts, pterygium, eyelid surgery, glaucoma, cornea and macular disease.
Investigations available within the clinic include: OCT scan of the macular or optic nerve; computerised visual field perimetry; retinal fluorescein angiography; corneal topography; optical biometry and the latest (4th generation) formulas for intraocular lens calculation.
Treatments available within the clinic include: SLT and YAG laser (usually for glaucoma); retinal laser (usually for diabetic eye disease); intraocular injections (usually for wet macular degeneration); minor lesion excision/biopsy.
