Biography: Dr. Khoury was nominated as an International Guest Fellow of the American College of Surgeons in 1992 and he became a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons in 1993. In 2000, he was selected to become a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England. Further, Dr. Khoury has also been dedicated to public service, whereby he was elected to the Lebanese Parliament in 2000 where he served until 2005. During his term, he was as an active member of the Parliamentary Committee for Public Health and Social Affairs.
