Biography: I was born in Istanbul on July 2, 1988. I completed my primary, secondary and high school education at TED Ankara College. After graduating from TED Ankara College in 2005, I started my 5-year master's degree at Hacettepe University Faculty of Dentistry in the same year. I graduated from Hacettepe University in 2010 and started my doctoral studies in Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry Department of Pedodontics in February 2011. During my specialization training, I attended many various seminars and congresses both at home and abroad. After successfully passing the doctoral qualification exam, I submitted my thesis and received the title of doctor. In 2014, I ranked 59th in Turkey in the Dentistry Specialization exam and started my specialization training at Izmir Katip Çelebi University, Department of Orthodontics. After completing my specialty training in 2018, I worked as an orthodontist at Izmir Training Dental Hospital for 4 years. I started my career as an orthodontics and pedodontics specialist in my own practice in Izmir, as Specialist Dr. I continue at Gizem Güler Orthodontic Clinic. I am particularly interested in topics such as pediatric orthodontics, adult orthodontics, treatment with transparent aligners, orthognathic surgery and smile design. I am an active member of the Turkish Orthodontic Association (TOD) and the Society of Private Orthodontists (SOD). I am also on the board of directors of the Turkish Special Athletes Training and Rehabilitation Association, which is the Turkish representative of the Special Olympics.
