Biography: Consultant Plastic Surgeon BSc, MBBS, MRCS(Eng) MD(Res), FRCS(Plast) GMC No.4629610 As a Plastic Surgeon my passion is an appreciation and restoration of form and function. I believe through safe non-surgical aesthetics one can achieve facial rejuvenation with predictable results that will provide one's patients with the "Glow" that they had hoped for. Mr Mo Akhavani qualified from St. George's hospital medical school in 1999 and has trained in plastic surgery since 2004 in some of London's most prestigious hospitals. He became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2012 after passing the plastic surgery exit exam, FRCS(Plast). He is also a member of the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS). Mr Akhavani is actively involved in research and is one of the few surgeons in the United Kingdom to be awarded the esteemed Hunterian Professorship in 2009 from the Royal College of Surgeons of England for his research in plastic surgery.

He graduated from Guy's King's and St Thomas' University of London with honours in 2004. He subsequently worked as a Senior House Officer in oral maxillofacial surgery at the Royal Surrey County Hospital and in mixed and private dental practice in Surrey and West Sussex. In 2006, he was awarded membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh and membership of the Joint Dental Faculties in 2009. He has also previously held a restorative position at Kingston hospital practising exclusively in endodontics.
