Dr Kristýna Frühaufová

Biography: She was born in Prague and graduated from the 1st Faculty of Medicine of the Charles University in 2005. In 2012 she obtained certification in the field of Gynaecology and Obstetrics, and in 2014 defended her dissertation in the field of experimental surgery. She worked at the Gynaecology and Obstetrics Department of the Hradec Králové Faculty Hospital and subsequently in Prague. Since 2013 she has been exclusively engaged in assisted reproduction. In 2022, she obtained certification in the field of Reproductive Medicine.Her other achievements include writing and co-writing a number of domestic and well-received foreign publications. She is also a regular participant in Czech and international conferences and is actively involved in the field of oncofertility.She always takes an individual approach to relations with patients and in her free time devotes herself to her family and her favourite sports: running, cycling, yoga and skiing.

Biography: Born in 1955, Dr. Milan Mrazek graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Charles University in Prague. In beginning of his career he worked as a gynaecologist in Institute for the Care of Mother and Child in Prague. Milan joined Department of Gynaecology-Obstetrics as a professor in Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education. Since 2013 he is a head doctor at GYNEM clinic. During his career Dr.Milan Mrazek enjoyed internship in Tokyo with a focus on prenatal diagnosis and vitro fertilization and embryotransfer.He is member of Czech Medical chamber, European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology and Committee of National Representatives of ESHRE. Milan is married and speaks fluent English.

Biography: She was born in Aš and graduated from the 1st Faculty of Medicine of the Charles University in 2007. In 2013 she obtained certification in the field of Gynaecology and Obstetrics, and in 2014 certification for specialization in the field of Reproductive Medicine. She worked at the Gynaecology and Obstetrics Department of the Hradec Králové Faculty Hospital and subsequently in Prague. Since 2011, her focus has been on assisted reproduction.She treats each of her patients as a unique individual and prefers face-to-face communication with them rather than virtual.Her free time is spent with her family, mostly in the mountains. She is the proud mother of two daughters and a keen, very active, sports fan.

Biography: Born in Prague. He graduated from the 1st Faculty of Medicine of the Charles University in 2017. Even while still a student, he chose to specialize in helping with women's health, specifically in gynecology and obstetrics. After finishing school, he worked at the Institute for Mother and Child Care in Prague's Podolí, and also at the Gynecological and Obstetrical clinics of the General University Hospital and the 1st Faculty of Medicine of the Charles University, where he regularly lectured on gynaecology and obstetrics to medical students and midwifery students.He got interested in reproductive medicine in 2020, when he began working at the General University Hospital's assisted reproduction centre, he has been working in this field ever since. In February 2023, he joined the team of doctors at the Gynem clinic. He's always learning more about reproductive medicine and often attends educational events, both at home and abroad. He's also been part of missions to other countries, helping out as a medical student and later as a doctor with different non-profit groups. In his free time, he used to do competitive athletics, but now he just does sports for fun. He's into racing RC cars as a hobby and enjoys travelling and going to music events.

Biography: He was born in Prague. He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of Charles University in 1989. He decided to focus on the field of gynaecology and obstetrics during his studies. After completing his mandatory military service, he joined the Institute for Mother and Child Care in Podolí, Prague. In 1993, he obtained certification in Gynecology and Obstetrics, I. degree, then in 2000, certification II. degree. He has been interested in reproductive medicine since 1994, when he started working at the Department of Assisted Reproduction of the ÚPMD, and has been working continuously in this field since then. In 1996, he and his entire team started working in the newly established Pronatal Sanatorium, a centre for assisted reproduction. In 2015, he obtained certification in the field of Reproductive Medicine. He joined the team of doctors working at the Gynem clinic in February 2023.He continuously expands his knowledge in the field of reproductive medicine, regularly participates in educational events in the Czech Republic and abroad and is a co-author of several publications in professional journals. During his practice, he has been engaged in diagnostic and operative hysteroscopy. In his free time, he is involved in sports - tennis and cycling. He appreciates good food, especially Mediterranean cuisine, and good music.

Biography: RNDr. Tomáš Rieger PhD. has operated in the field of embryology since 2009, working alongside and under some of the finest embryologists in the Czech Republic. A qualified biologist with a doctoral degree in natural sciences (Ph.D.) from Charles University.RNDr. Tomáš Rieger PhD. is a certified clinical embryologist through the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) in London and has attained high proficiency in an extensive array of laboratory techniques, including intra-cytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), embryo and oocyte vitrification, and laser application in pre-implantation genetic diagnosis (PGD) and pre-implantation genetic screening (PGS).Presently, Tomáš leads a team of four in the laboratory where, as lab head, he is responsible for ensuring practices are up to date and in keeping with state regulations. Amongst his personal interests are travelling, nature, cooking, tennis and golf.
