Biography: Hakan Tekin, MD, has been an aesthetic and plastic surgery specialist for over ten years. Dr. Tekin has performed thousands of aesthetic operations. He is highly experienced in aesthetic surgeries, especially in Rhinoplasty, face-body aesthetics, and mommy makeover procedures. He performs his surgeries in Istanbul at top-quality hospitals.Dr. Tekin completed his primary and secondary education in Mersin. He then secured a place in the English Medicine Department of Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, with a high ranking in the university entrance exam. He served as a general practitioner from 2007 to 2008. He achieved to work in the Department of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery in 2009.Dr Tekin, whose specialisation thesis was about tissue viability and healing, holds a microsurgery training certificate showing meticulous hand skills. He worked as an observer at Switzerland’s Zurich ETH University Plastic Surgery clinic. He has published numerous scientific articles in international and national journals. He presented his works and participated in multiple national and international scientific meetings.
