Biography: BDS(Shef), MJDF RCS(Eng), DipRestDent, GDC: 83622 After leaving Sheffield University in 2004 with clinical distinction and honours, Vilas has worked at practices in Bolton & Wigan. At Harwood Dental Care, Vilas provides routine general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, dental rehabilitation, and adult orthodontics. She is also trained to provide treatment under sedation for anxious patients. Vilas finds her job very rewarding and it gives her great pleasure to use her extensive skills to help people with their dental problems. Vilas’ enthusiasm for Dentistry has led her to achieve several postgraduate qualifications. These include the Diploma in Restorative Dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons England, enabling her to carry out many advanced dental treatments. She is also a Member of the Joint Dental Faculty of England to recognise her further training in General Dental Practice. Vilas is currently working towards her Fellowship of the General Dental Practice Examinations to further her advanced qualifications.
