Biography: Graduated in 1987 from Guy's Hospital, he then gained a Senior House Surgeon position in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and has also studied at Columbia University in the USA. He and his dental team opened The Hazelwood Dental Practice in May 1990. Lakis enjoys lecturing and writing for the dental profession and his clinical interests include the treatment of anxious children and Cosmetic Dentistry. He has two children and lives locally. The Practice supports many charities and Lakis regularly undertakes Patient-sponsored cycle rides and treks.
