Biography: Dr. Luis García is a Fertility Specialist at the Fertility and Assisted Reproduction Center of the Marbella High Care International Hospital. He obtained his license in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Malaga in 1987 and completed his doctorate between 1992 – 1994, obtaining his specialty in Gynecology and Obstetrics from the Carlos Haya Regional Hospital.In 1996, Dr. Garcia was a practicing physician in the Gynecology and Obstetrics Unit of the Hospital Santa María del Puerto and until 1997 served as the Medical Coordinator of the Gynecology and Obstetrics Unit of the Hospital Virgen de la Montaña in Cádiz. From 1999 until today, Dr. Garcia is one of the Area Faculty Specialists of the Hospital Costa del Sol where he also provides support to the Assisted Reproduction Unit.

Dr Juan Manuel Marín

Biography: Dr.Juan Manuel Marín is a specialist in Assisted Human Reproduction and Andrology at the Fertility and Assisted Reproduction Center of the Marbella High Care International Hospital. He specialized in Gynecology and Obstetrics and obtained his medical license during the 1988-89 National MIR selective testing. His work experience includes the Gynecology and Obstetrics Unit of the Hospital Clínico y Universitario Virgen Macarena in Seville where he completed advanced medical courses, and also at the University of Seville. In 2011, Dr. Marín obtained a Masters in Assisted Human Reproduction from the IVI.Dr. Marín is currently also one of the Area Faculty Specialists of the Gynecology and Obstetrics Unit of the Hospital Costa del Sol, where he is the Medical Coordinator and is responsible for the Reproduction Unit. He has attended numerous congresses on Human Reproduction on the regional, national, and European levels and is also a member of the Spanish and Andalusian Society of Gynecology and Obstetrics, and Reproduction, Echography and Pelvic Floor Sections.

Biography: Dr. María José Figueroa is the Senior Embryologist at the Fertility and Assisted Reproduction Center of the Marbella High Care International Hospital. She obtained her license in Biology from the University of Seville in 1991 and has over 20 years experience in assisted human reproduction laboratory techniques. Ms. Figueroa obtained the title of “Qualified Specialist in Assisted Human Reproduction” from the Official College of Biologists and the Association for the Study of the Biology of Reproduction (ASEBIR) and was certified and awarded the title of “Senior Clinical Embryologist” by the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE).

Miss Andrea Valverde Mera
