About INTER-MED
Having a multi-specialist medical center in one location allows us to provide our patients with the highest level of care, in line with and exceeding standards. INTER-MED employs and cooperates with over a hundred doctors. As a result, treatments and operating procedures in our Hospital are preceded by comprehensive diagnostics and tests.
The interdisciplinary nature of our medical team allows us to lead the patient along an individually adapted diagnostic and therapeutic path. Before the patient goes to the procedure, they have the possibility of full diagnostics in our clinics.
In the case of procedures that require a multidisciplinary approach to treatment (e.g. bariatric procedures), we have a team of specialists who will fully take care of you before surgery, during surgery and during convalescence.

Biography: - in 1995 he graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice- in 1998 he obtained the 1st degree specialization with honors in the field of general surgery- in 2000 he obtained the title of doctor of medical sciences in the field of general surgery, the title of thesis "Influence of FK506 immunosuppression on metabolic disorders of rat liver caused by its ischemia and reperfusion"- in 2005 he obtained the 2nd degree specialization with honors in the field of general surgery- 2011-2014 Deputy Head of the General Surgery Ward with the Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Subdivision of the Regional Railway Hospital in Katowice- since 2015, the Head of the General and Oncological Surgery Department at the Municipal Hospital in Siemianowice Śląskie.He is a member of The European Association of Endoscopic Surgery and IFSO - The International Federation for the Surgery of Obesity and Metabolic Disorders.
