Biography: Prof. Piotr Major, MD, PhD is an outstanding specialist in the field of bariatrics, laparoscopic and general surgery.A graduate of the Faculty of Medicine at the Jagiellonian University Collegim Medicum in Krakow. Since his studies, he has been associated with the 2nd Department of Surgery of the Jagiellonian University. Since 2010, he has been specializing in general surgery at the Department of Endoscopic, Metabolic Surgery and Soft Tissue Neoplasms at the University Hospital in Krakow. Author and co-author of numerous scientific papers in national and foreign medical journals. In 2014, he defended his doctoral dissertation and obtained the title of doctor of medical sciences. His interests focus on minimally invasive surgical techniques and the surgical treatment of morbid obesity. He also deals with endoscopic diagnostics of the gastrointestinal tract and ultrasound diagnostics. Member of the Society of Polish Surgeons and IFSO (International Federation for the Surgery of Obesity and Metabolic Disorders).

Biography: Doctor Wojciech Patkowski, MD is a specialist in orthopedics and traumatology of the musculoskeletal system.As part of the outpatient clinic, he provides specialist consultations and is the operator of the KCM Clinic’s Orthopedics and Traumatology Department. He specializes in arthroscopic procedures with particular emphasis on the knee and shoulder joints.He also performs meniscal transplant surgery and reconstruction of articular cartilage from allogenic materials. He is one of the pioneers of arthroscopic procedures in Lower Silesia.Dr. Wojciech Patkowski attended Wroclaw Medical University and obtained two degrees there in Orthopaedic surgery and Traumathology. He has attended countless workshops around the world to constantly increase his knowledge and abilities.
