About Laserase Newcastle
Laserase is the first and the longest running laser clinic to be opened in the north east of England. With over 29 years experience and all treatments carried out by experienced NHS doctors and nurses. We work closely with the NHS and we are a leading provider for many NHS contracts. Other services offered include tattoo removal, laser hair removal, removal of facial and leg thread veins and electrolysis. We use a RegenLite laser and the EndyMed 3 Deep Skin Science to improve skin conditions such as acne, acne scarring, rosacea and skin rejuvenation. We can also treat warts and verrucas with the aid of the Regenlite Laser. Dr Hierons is our resident facial aesthetic expert who can transform your skin and face. Laserase was originally based at the Freeman Hospital for 27 years, however due to expansion has relocated to 1 Cartington Terrace in Heaton.

Biography: Dr Rebecca Hierons is a Specialist Oral Surgeon with over 16 years of experience in facial trauma surgery and expert knowledge of head and neck anatomy and physiology.Rebecca has undertaken comprehensive, advanced training in facial aesthetics. Her aim is to enhance appearance in a natural way whilst maintaining the essential balance and proportions of the face.Rebecca became dentally qualified in 1993, obtained her postgraduate fellowship in dental surgery in 1996 and completed her postgraduate diploma in conscious dental sedation in 2011. She spent 16 years working in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in the hospital services during which time she gained extensive operative experience in the field of facial trauma (both facial fractures and soft tissue injuries).Rebecca has undertaken comprehensive, advanced training in the administration of facial aesthetics by some of the industry’s leading experts. She offers a bespoke service specifically tailoring treatment to each individual.
