Biography: Dr. Mario Luc graduated with a medical degree from Laval University in 2003 and a Master of Science in 2004. After getting plastic surgery in his medical specialist certification from McGill University in 2008, Dr. Luc honed his expertise at the Medical College of Wisconsin by a sub-specialization in microsurgery and hand surgery in 2009.
